The Problem
During employment at a digital marketing agency located in Lakewood, Colorado we actively designed and developed weekly and monthly email content for Baker Squares newsletter subscribers. However the default enterprise level Salesforce Marketing Cloud preference center did not currently meet the needs of the restaurant chain to properly segment their subscribers based on their dining interests.
The Solution
The creative and development teams custom designed and developed a preference center that would replace the default preference center within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud instance, allowing for a more personalized preference experience for subscribers looking to receive particular communications from Bakers Square. The custom preference center featured a multi-page basic form to gather information about the subscribers specific dining preferences, pie choices, and favorite locations that created a painless process for segmenting audiences.
