Bakers Square is an easygoing eatery & bakery chain serving American comfort food & signature pies all around the country.

The Problem

During employment at a digital marketing agency located in Lakewood, Colorado we actively designed and developed weekly and monthly email content for Baker Squares newsletter subscribers. However the default enterprise level Salesforce Marketing Cloud preference center did not currently meet the needs of the restaurant chain to properly segment their subscribers based on their dining interests.

The Solution

The creative and development teams custom designed and developed a preference center that would replace the default preference center within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud instance, allowing for a more personalized preference experience for subscribers looking to receive particular communications from Bakers Square. The custom preference center featured a multi-page basic form to gather information about the subscribers specific dining preferences, pie choices, and favorite locations that created a painless process for segmenting audiences.

(Proof of concept) Digital Marketing Agency – Digital Fusion located in Lakewood, Colorado.

The Problem

During employment at a digital marketing agency located in Lakewood, Colorado the creative and development teams were asked to design and develop a new company website built within the WordPress Content Management System that would eventually replace an older Joomla based site that would be used for marketing and promotional purposes. The new site was to have a fresh and professional startup look and feel that would help communicate the culture of the company and serve not only as a portfolio of works but also attract new local talent to help grow the team in many of the different departments.

The Solution

The design and development teams collaborated to quickly create the vision, detailing every piece of the new site, from homepage services to portfolio single case studies, and service archive pages. The site was designed to be primarily custom post-driven and easily editable by the in-house teams. Sadly, the project was halted due to unforeseen circumstances just as it was finishing up development. Today the project awaits the day it may be utilized in the near future. A functional development version of the site is viewable with demo content as proof of concept at this time.

Greco Neyland is a law firm that has offices in Houston, Texas and New York City, New York.

The Problem

Greco Neyland, PC Attorneys at Law was looking for a site redesign that separated them from their competitors. They wanted a modern and classy look to their new site that communicated their reputation as one of the best law firms in the business.

The Solution

The law firm’s original site was already on a WordPress content management system so it was a matter of designing and developing an entirely new theme and website solution. I designed a custom theme that broke down each legal services into detailed pages that informed visitors of their rights and obligations related to each criminal defense service. Many of the services pages feature silent looping hero backgrounds related to the criminal activity each page covers and contact forms are easily available. The new website immediately began driving conversions for the law firm and is still a valuable tool for in gaining new clientele for the firm.

The Problem

New Interiors Remodeling is a business located in Manteca, California, specializing in Kitchen and Bathroom remodeling. The owner, David Johnson contacted me to redesign his website in a way that would help showcase his kitchen and bathroom remodels better and drive new customers with easily accessible contact forms and information.

The Solution

I custom designed and developed a custom WordPress template with a modern look that featured some of the most stunning kitchen and bathroom transformations with a large parallax hero slider, information about the company and his two main services. The two main services Kitchen Remodels and Bathroom Remodels lead to respective pages and separate galleries for viewers to browse based on their interests. A quick contact form is also included on the home page as well as a more detailed contact form on the contact page. The two galleries have thumbnails that once clicked, expand to reveal an images slideshow. For most projects, the slideshows display progressive before, during and after stages of the remodels and also have optional description areas.

High Sierra Naturals was a small business growing facility located in Trinidad, Colorado that quickly needed a website and logo to establish its branding and products. Eventually, the company closed permanently but it was a great learning experience for me to build a brand and website around their products.

The Problem

Mary at Rancho Cortez contacted me to make updates to their original website. Originally, it was a hand-coded static HTML website with over 50+ pages of content. The original site lacked any content management system and all updates had to be hand-coded by a developer for even the tiniest text update. Soon I recommended a fresh and more modern site design that would be developed with the popular WordPress site administration and content management system. The owners agreed the old site needed to be redesigned and asked me to come up with something new and more accessible to owners and staff to make regular updates and changes.

The Solution

I designed and developed a brand new custom WordPress theme that allows for easy site administration and updates, stylized with a western look and feel, that compliments the dude ranch experience. The three main pages have a silent background video preview in the hero area that features beautiful flyovers of the Texas hill country ranch and visually communicates many of the activities and experiences the dude ranch provides related to each page. Additionally, two of the main activities pages have fully playable popup videos users can click to view, within the hero areas via play buttons if the user desires to see and hear more about the ranch in full video and audio. Everything from horseback rides, to campfire smores, tractor driven hayrides and various cabin rentals, are all available at the ranch. The new site design assists in communicating many of the dude ranch experiences that await new and returning visitors from near and far. The ranch operates on annual activity calendars for horseback riding lessons, roping lessons, nature hikes and fitness classes that all require regular updating on the site. All of the content on the site is fully editable and gives the owners the freedom and flexibility to update all of their activity and event information whenever they want.
